Our quirky stuff has zero quirks when it comes to delivery & returns. It’s simple and fuss-free. Here’s what you need to know.
Fabulously simple.
The basics?
All standard delivery is free. Completely free. Not a penny more. No spending limit. And your order will arrive in 1-3 working days.
As for returns?
You have 30 days to return. Read below for more details.
Want it quicker?
Order before 12pm for next-day delivery — this costs £4.
UK standard
Completely free, with no minimum spend.
Takes 1-3 working days from when your order is dispatched.
UK next day
£4 for next-day delivery.
Order before 12 pm for next-day delivery.
If ordered after 12 pm, your item will be dispatched the following working day.
International delivery
Takes 7-10 working days for customers in the EU, USA and Asia.
Delivery charges depend on your location, and will be determined when you enter your address.
Couriers we use
We use Evri and Royal Mail for both UK and international orders.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking code by email when your order has been dispatched.
When will your item be dispatched?
Your orders will be dispatched Monday-Friday for both standard and next-day options.
We close at the weekend and on bank holidays, so you’ll need to give extra time during these days.
As a small family-run business, we take time off (everyone needs a break!). Orders will take slightly longer during these times, but we’ll always make that super clear on our website and your order confirmation.
Busy periods - like November and December
The Christmas rush is real! Give yourself some extra time during busy periods for your peace of mind. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasionally there are out-of-control delays with the couriers we use.

If you’re concerned about your order, get in touch at help@purple-lime.uk. We are absolutely here to help you, so please don’t leave us a bad review without contacting us to resolve the issues. We aim to get back to any concerns within 24 hours.

Step #1
Send us an email help@purple-lime.uk
Let us know you want to return and why. If your item is damaged, please send us a photo.
Step #2
We will send you a returns label so you can start your return.
Send it back to us as soon as you can!
Step #3
Once we’ve received your return and everything looks ok, we’ll process your refund asap.
Expect it in 3-5 days.
