What payment options are available?

We accept card payments from all major debit and credit cards.

What are your delivery charges?

Standard UK delivery is absolutely free.

For UK next-day delivery, we charge £4.

And for international orders, we calculate your delivery charges at checkout — as it can vary. For more info, head to our delivery page.

An item I wanted is out of stock, are you getting any more?

We try our best to ensure your loved items never go out of stock! But if we have a popular item and it suddenly goes out of stock, we will prioritise getting it back in and include an estimation of when it’s coming back. Get in touch at help@purple-lime.uk—we’re always happy to give you an update.

When will I receive my order?

Most UK orders take 1-3 days to arrive. For up-to-date information, visit our delivery page.

I still haven’t received my order! What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Check your tracking and if you don’t have a helpful update, get in touch at help@purple-lime.uk — we’re always happy to help.

I’ve received my item... but it’s damaged! What do I do?

We do everything we can to ensure your quirky stuff arrives flawless. But occasionally, things go wrong (we’re only human!). If this happens, please get in touch at help@purple-lime.uk. We’ll kindly ask you to return your item so we can check it. Once we confirm the damage, we’ll issue you a refund for everything.

I’m not happy with my order. Can I return it?

Yes. You can return your goods within 30 days if

  • you feel the item wasn’t as described
  • you’re unhappy with the quality of the item
  • your goods are damaged
  • you’ve simply changed your mind

Products must be unused and sent in the original packaging.

We aim to make our product descriptions super informative, but if we’re missing something, get in touch at help@purple-lime.uk — we’re always happy to help.

Do you offer any discounts?

We have regular sales and offer promotional codes for new customers who sign up for our newsletter, and loyal regular customers who keep coming back. Sign up here to be the first to hear about any discounts.

Where do Purple Lime products come from?

We’re based in Merseyside, UK — but we source quirky home accessories and lifestyle products from all over the world. Some of our products are specially designed by our founder, Lisa, so our customers really can access one-of-a-kind stuff.

Who actually is Purple Lime?

We’re an independent retailer specialising in zesty, fun, funky and out-there homeware, home accessories, lifestyle goods, and gifts that make our customers' lives that bit brighter and better.

What are your opening times?

We’re open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, taking weekends and bank holidays off. As a family-run business, we occasionally take a few days off here and there for a break. But we’ll always let you know before you place your order if any changes to order times are expected.
